My personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or processing is terminated for purposes of analytics and business planning based on the legally justified interest of the Administrator, depending on which event occurs later or for the duration of the contract, and after expiry of the period necessary for (i) after-sales customer service (eg. handling complaints), (ii) securing or seeking any claims vested in the Administrator.
I have the right to request the access to my personal data, have the right to rectify, amend, delete or limit my processing.
My personal data may be made available to entities providing Administrator accounting, human resources, transport services, courier and postal, legal, marketing and IT services.
I have the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data transfer, the right to withdraw prior consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which has been carried out prior to the withdrawal of the consent.
I have the right to complain to the supervisory body (GIODO) regarding the processing data.
